For missing items under $35, we will no longer attempt redelivery due to rising redelivery costs. Instead, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 72 hours of receiving your request.
Refunds for Damaged Items:

We will arrange for a return or exchange, and any shipping charges incurred in the process will be covered by Coltrades.
