Same-Day Delivery Return Policy

If you receive a defective item in your order, you may return it to us within 12 hours of delivery. We will issue a full refund or provide a replacement for the item. We understand that sometimes, things happen and you may not be able to pick up your order on time. However, we cannot accept returns for items that have been destroyed due to customer carelessness. Please ensure that you are available to receive your order during the delivery window you selected.
Dairy products must be returned within 3 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund. If you receive a dairy product that is expired or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately.
If you receive an item that is expired, please contact our customer service team within 12 hours of delivery. We will issue a full refund for the item.

Shipping Return Policy:

Once an order is shipped, we do not accept returns for items that were delivered as ordered and without defect. Additionally, we do not accept returns for items if we did not receive a cancellation notice before they were shipped out.
